 Local PEI mussells poached in a saffron, butter, white wine broth with tomatoes and scallion. 12

Baked Scallops
Large sea scallops in a casserole with chopped bacon, white wine,
lemon and butter. Topped with panko and Manchego cheese and baked golden. 12
 
 
Citrus & Avocado Salad
Mixed baby greens tossed in a balsamic vinaigrette. Served with sliced ruby red grapefruit,
 Valencia oranges, ripe avocadoes and cashews. 10

Lobster & Brie Salad
Freshly picked lobster meat tossed with spinach, red onion and grape
tomatoes in a lemon-tarragon vinaigrette. Topped with a warm wedge

Steak Tartare
Made to order with capers, red onion, Dijon, Worchester, Tabasco,
cracked black pepper, sea salt, chives, parsley and Manchego cheese
and egg yolk. 12

A vine ripe tomato stuffed with fresh basil, fresh burrata mozzarella,
 thinly sliced prosciutto and a drizzle of olive oil. 10

Lobster St. Tropez

Freshly picked lobster sauteed with scallions, garlic, wild mushrooms, leeks, grape tomatoes, lemon and Sambuca butter.
Served with warm baguette. 12

Pissaldiere
A Caramelized five onion blend of leeks, scallions, shallots, Spanish and chives on a flat bread
 with creme fraiche and mascarpone cheese. 8
